Our products can be ordered through the online shopping basket at www.saarsoleares.com. All orders are confirmed via email stating the order total, shipping charges, and ordered items. Your order confirmation will be sent to your email address within 24 Hours after ordering. If you have not received your order confirmation by email, check your spam folder and / or contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our products are handcrafted in small batches with the utmost care and quality. If a product is out of stock you can be sure it will be in stock again soon, mostly within two weeks. For the exact dates you can always contact us through e-mail.
Prices are shown in Euros including Dutch 21 % VAT.
iDeal: within the Netherlands the most common and fastest way to pay is through iDeal.
Paypal; If you have a Paypal account your order can be paid directly. Paypal payment is the easiest and fastest way to process your order. As soon as we’ve received your payment, your order will be shipped the same day.
Creditcard Don’t have a Paypal account? We accept most major credit/debit cards including Visa, Mastercard and Switch.
Bank transaction: you can also choose to make a bank transaction. On your order confirmation will be the codes you need to make the transaction. A bank transaction will take approximately 5 days. As soon as we’ve received your payment, your order will be shipped the same day.

Our deliveries within Europe are calculated on a weight of 0 - 2 kg. Your shipping costs will be calculated automatically when placing an order. Do you want to place a bigger order? Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll calculate your shipping costs. You will then receive an invoice where your shipping costs are shown, before finally placing an order.
Please note we cannot be held accountable for delays during the holiday season. If your order is delayed, please contact us at email@example.com and we will delighted to help you find a solution.
We ship 2 times a week on Tuesdays and Fridays. Depending on the day you order, the expected delivery time is 2-5 working days in the Netherlands and 5-10 working days in Europe.
We will let you know if the product is temporarily or permanently out of stock or if the delivery time will be longer. When your order is shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code, so you can follow your order. Our package deliveries are made through the network of DPD or PostNL Package- Service, and will be offered to you 2 times. DPD will contact your through e-mail about the expected delivery time. If you are not at home, the postman will leave a message where you can pick up your order. This will mostly be in a postal office near you. PostNL won’t leave the package at the neighbors.
Samples can be shipped worldwide and will be delivered through the Dutch Post Service. Please note that samples do not have a track and trace code.
Please, check your order after delivery. Is something missing or broke? Your contentment is very important to us. So please contact us and we will always take your complaint seriously and try to solve the problem. If this is not possible, you can send us the products back within 14 working days. Acceptable faults include a faulty spray pump, broken or damaged packaging or bottle and leakage. We will either resend your order for free, or return your payment. The return costs are at your expense.
Please add to your return delivery: the damaged products, the receipt, a picture if necessary and the reason for returning.
